IDA: Nurturing Dance Growth with Fresh Resources
We are a team of experienced dance educators with over 25 years of collaboration. We’ve worked in various settings, from private studios to international productions, and have successfully guided students and professionals through auditions, competitions, and examinations.
Through years of assessing dancers, we recognized a global need for resources and validation among both veteran and aspiring teachers. This inspired us to create IDA, a program offering fresh tools and ideas to elevate your teaching practice.
Our goal? Provide a complete program featuring original choreography, music, feedback, and a format enjoyable for teachers, dancers, and audiences alike.
We partnered with two talented musicians to compose and arrange our music. In our first year, we received enthusiastic feedback from participating schools. In our second year, before any official launch, we enjoyed 100% retention and 40% growth. Now in our 10th year, our program is truly thriving thanks to our dedicated Founding Members and many new members across the globe.
